Small businesses offering a 401(k) retirement plan may be able to receive up to $5000 in tax credits annually plus an added $500 tax credit for utilizing automatic enrollment during the first three years a plan is active. This credit may exceed the annual subscription fee that is charged by Access to employers that wish to participate in an Access PEP.
