Access has them covered – we offer predictable, low-cost subscription-based fees charged directly to employers. And we make it easy by managing, administering and auditing the plan for employers.

One time setup fees:

  • Zero one time set up fees for 3(38) investment management and trustee services
  • Flat one time set up fee for Pooled Plan Provider

Quarterly fees:

  • Based on participating employer’s asset level and participating number of employees

Employers could be eligible for tax credits that may fully offset the cost of participating in an Access PEP retirement plan.

Small businesses offering a 401(k) retirement plan may be able to receive up to $5000 in tax credits annually plus an added $500 tax credit for utilizing automatic enrollment during the first three years a plan is active. This credit may exceed the annual subscription fee that is charged by Access to employers that wish to participate in an Access PEP.
